La Cité de Beaune opens its doors for three exceptional evenings inspired by the convivial spirit of the Paulées, on March 10, 11 and 12, 2026, in the momentum of the Grands Jours de Bourgogne. Come and enjoy an immersive experience celebrating Bourgogne’s culinary, cultural and wine identity.

Program:

7:00 pm – Immersive welcome aperitif
The evening begins at the heart of the Cité’s exhibition, specially staged for the occasion, featuring an artistic performance, Crémant de Bourgogne and appetizer bites. A guaranteed “wow” moment!

8:15 pm – Banquet at Bar Les Accords
Continue at Bar Les Accords, on the 4th floor of the Cité, offering a unique view over the Côte de Beaune, for a dinner specially imagined for the event: a generous and authentic Bourgogne menu.

Starter: snail soup, endive flowers and Comté mousse
Main course: boeuf bourguignon and mashed potatoes
Cheese: selection by Maison Hess
Dessert: blackcurrant amandine
Water, coffee and bread are also included.

Participants are welcome to bring their own bottle of wine, with no corkage fee, or to choose from the selection available on site (additional charge).
