Event times: the times stated in the programme are those for the beginning and end of the tastings; we would like to ask our visitors to arrive at least half an hour before the end of the event.
To ensure that the wine-tastings go as smoothly as possible, would you kindly attend at the stated times and, as far as humanly possible, take part in the events to which you have been invited.
The Grands Jours de Bourgogne lays on a free shuttle service from Tuesday to Friday to get from one tasting event to another.
Be careful there are no shuttle service between Chablis and Beaune, you need to go in Chablis by your own way.

The Grands Jours de Bourgogne are open exclusively to professionals wine buyers working in one of the following professions: sales agents, wine shops and specialised stores, traders, distributors, restaurateurs, sommeliers linked to a restaurant, importers and journalists.
A badge is required to enter the wine show. Under-18s are not allowed to attend the wine show.
1- To obtain an access badge you need to pre-register online.
– If you have received an invitation then you have a code and password that you will be asked for during pre-registration.
– If you do not have a code then please fill in the pre-registration form and you will receive by return an email with a code and a password.
2- You will receive confirmation of your registration including your badge. Please print if possible your badge before coming to the event or present the registration confirmation at the welcome desk. The same badge grants you access to all the events in your programme. Please keep your badge and present it at each event.
New: Your badge presents a QR code containing your contact information (surname, first name and contact details) to facilitate exchanges with exhibitors of the Grands Jours de Bourgogne.
Authorizing an exhibitor to scan your badge is equivalent to send him your contact information.
Registration starts: mid-December 2021
Registration ends: March 12, 2022
You will find glasses at the welcome desk of every tasting.
The glasses from Tuesday till Friday’s tastings are lent by our partner.
We ask you to be willing to return your glass at the end of every tasting.
