Event times: the times stated in the programme are those for the beginning and end of the tastings; we would like to ask our visitors to arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of the event.
To ensure that the wine tastings go as smoothly as possible, would you kindly attend at the stated times and, as far as humanly possible, take part in the events to which you have been invited.
The Grands Jours de Bourgogne offers free shuttles from Tuesday to Friday to take you from one tasting to another.

Please note there are no free shuttles between Beaune and Chablis on Mondays.

The Grands Jours de Bourgogne are exclusively open to professionals wine buyers working in one of the following professions: sales agents, wine shops and specialized stores, traders, distributors, restaurateurs, sommeliers linked to a restaurant, importers and journalists.
A badge is required to enter the wine show. Under-18s are not allowed to attend the wine show.
Registration is limited to 2 people per company.
1- To obtain an access badge, you must pre-register online (opening in December 2023)
– If you have received an invitation, you have a login and password which you will be asked to enter when you pre-register.
– If you have not received an invitation, please fill in the pre-registration form available on our website during the visitor registration period. If your profile fits the above-mentioned professional categories, we will send you a login and password to register your pre-registration.
2- You will then receive a registration confirmation containing your badge. Please print if possible your badge before coming to the event or present the registration confirmation at the welcome desk. The same badge grants you access to all the events in your program. Please keep your badge and present it at each event.
Your badge includes a QRcode containing your contact details (first name, last name and address) to facilitate exchanges with Grands Jours de Bourgogne exhibitors. Allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge is equivalent to send him your contact information.

You will find glasses at the welcome desk of every tasting.
For each tasting, we provide you with high quality glasses whose design has been studied to highlight the main aromatic families of the wines.
The glasses from Tuesday till Friday’s tastings are provided by our partner. We ask you to be willing to return your glass at the end of every tasting.
