This wine show, set up by the Bourgogne Wine Board in 1992, is held in March every other year, with the special characteristic of enabling professionals to meet wine-makers in the vineyards themselves.
You are invited to spend a week travelling around Bourgogne to attend 12 wine tasting shows held in prestigious places, from Chablis to the Côte Chalonnaise, and taking in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune (for questions of practicality Mâconnais producers exhibit in Beaune).
One day is devoted to each of the five wine-growing areas.
