To evaluate the sensory qualities of the Crémant de Bourgogne Eminent and Grand Eminent : this is the objective of a unique tasting according to an experimental plan. Tasting organized, each year, by the Union des Producteurs-Elaborateurs de Crémant de Bourgogne and the engineering school AgroSup-Dijon.
