Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne
Last updated: October 2025

This Privacy Policy sets out the practices and conditions under which the Association des Grands Jours de Bourgogne (hereinafter “the Association”) processes your personal data.

This Policy applies when your data is collected through the “Grands Jours de Bourgogne” website and the “Carnet de dégustation” mobile application (hereinafter “the Sites”), both published by the Association.

Personal data refers to any information that can identify a user. As part of providing access to our Sites, we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and under the conditions set out below. We collect only data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

This Policy complements the legal notice available at: https://www.grands-jours-bourgogne.fr/legal-notice/

By registering or using the Sites, you authorize the Association to process your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1 – NATURE OF DATA COLLECTED

Depending on how you interact with the Association and the purpose of that interaction, the Association may collect the following data:

  • Identity data: including your name, surname, email address, postal address, phone number, company, and your position within your company.
  • Login and account data: when you have a Visitor or Exhibitor account, this includes the information required to create and access your personal space, such as login details, passwords, choices and preferences, as well as the events you are registered for.
  • Browsing data: information related to your activity on the Sites, such as IP address, screen resolution, browser type, device type, operating system, language, and pages viewed.
  • Event participation data: information regarding your attendance at Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne events, including dates, venues, badges, and stand numbers (for exhibitors).

  • Indirectly, when you browse the Sites, through cookies and tracking technologies as described below.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Mandatory fields are identified on forms, and failure to complete them may prevent us from processing your request.

3 – PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
